Because the Giant Pandas fur is very rare, and very soft. Also poachers do this for no reason at all maybe just for fun but nobody really knows beside a poacher.
EDIT by Schoolhouserocks542: Because they like to eat their meat or sell their pelts. Pelts are an animal's fur. Like this other person said, they are very rare, so they will get much money out of this. Feedback if you like this answer!
EDIT by crystald34: they kill pandas because their fur is one of the most rearest fur in the whole world or if its not for the fur its beacuse they want to exsamin their skin.
People kill giant pandas because their fur is rare But also because they are extremely lazy animals who refuse to breed, and this causes some people to take affirmative action in their inevitable demise.
because they are taking the bamboo away in china
why are giant pandas endangered from humans
for their fur.
The predator of giant pandas are humans because humans sell panda's fur coats called pelts for money. Giant panda pelts sells for near $80,000, and that amount is the cause for giant pandas being endangered species.

Humans do hunt Giant Pandas
Predators of red pandas include martens, snow leopards and of course, humans. Giant pandas have very few predators as adults with the exception of humans. Cubs can be preyed on by martens, leopards and jackals.
giant pandas are endangered because us the humans are using their habitat/food and we have the bamboo as a plant /decoration.
Adult giant pandas are apex predators, despite eating mostly bamboo. The only threat to adult giant pandas are humans. Cubs might be attacked though.
the cutting down of the pandas natural habitat which being the Forrest is what is causing pandas being endangered.
pandas are known for being in China... At least that's what I have heard.
humans kill them the most, but they Giant Pandas are endangered at the moment. Leopards prey on their cubs, but not the adults.
