The oxygen and liquid in your body are less dense than the composition of most water. (Depending on the salt level, etc.) Since the water around your body is more dense, the water naturally pushes you up, taking off the weight of gravity, the oxygen in your body also plays a major role in this.

Not really. You still weigh exactly the same but because of the the body's natural buoyancy in the water, you would be easier to lift/maneuver while in water.
