∙ 13y agoMy belief is that people infatuate over celebrities because they see them either on the big screen in movie theatres or on their TVs. Most of the population of the human mind believes that if you see someone on TV or in the movies, they are better than them. And they don't want to feel inferior, so they decide to worship them so that they can forget their self-generated "worthlessness".
That and most of the preteen population is more than willing to throw their parents' money at the celebs that are attractive to them, giving said celeb more and more money to buy whatever they want.
And I believe since people don't have anything better to do they just stalk their favorite celebs.
And also they think there that person! Just face it there going to be nobody.
