Cuks are placed in a salt brine and spices until flavor is complete. Bellringer500@yahoo.com
Yes. All organic matter spoils at one point or another, but pickles last much longer than many foods because of the fermentation process. Pickles are simply cucumbers that have been placed in a solution or salt brine solution in large, uncovered vats. They are left to ferment from one to three months then salt is gradually added to complete the process. Fermenting pickles encourages the growth of helpful bacteria, which prevents the growth of microorganisms that cause decay.
the molecules will pass from the salt solution to the cells.
hi!!! if a cell is placed inside a salt solution then cell boundary going for raptured due to the water molecules comes out from cell to maintain the cons. equilibria.
When a cell is placed in salt water it will shrink, but will swell in carbonated water. m.c
It will shrink.
They dissolve until the solution is saturated.
salt or a water solution containing alot of salt
A salt solution can be used as an atiseptic for a cut as first , salt solution is a preservative, (salt is used to preserve many foods ex pickles your grandma makes and secondly , it would create a hypertonic solution and literally exhaust all the microbes that would happen to be in the cut. Most likely the solution is water and salt. The salt in the water causes the celery to pull water out of itself to try and even out the salt to water concentration. This causes the celery to wilt.
