There shouldn't be white IN the yolk of an egg. The white should surround the yolk within the egg shell. The yolk (yellow bit) is what transforms to become a chick in a fertile egg. The white (albumen) is what the developing embryo feeds on.

Without seeing the egg white you're referring to, I don't know if you are referring to the entire egg white being brown or that there are brown spots "floating" in the egg white.

It is common (especially in eggs laid by younger hens) to have brown spots that appear to be floating in the egg white. They are often called "blood spots", but aren't actually blood. They don't harm the egg and can be eaten safely. Its basically part of the protein. Some people remove these blood spots from the egg white because they feel they're unsightly.

I take it that you mean "hen's eggs".

These can be brown, or white.

As for other birds, eggs come in a wide variety of colors.

Because chickens laid them. Different birds may pop out different kinds of eggs with different colors.

It depends on the breed of chicken. White Leghorn chickens have white eggs, Rhode Island Red have brown, and Americanas can have green, pink, or yellow eggs. :)

Most commercial egg farms in the US use white leghorn chickens. Leghorns (regardless of feather color) lay white eggs.
