Why are the ingredients not listed in Greek yogurt just says probiotic and sugar no other ingredients hard to believe?

Not at all hard to believe. (Although Greek yoghurt normally does not contain sugar). All yoghurts are derived purely from milk, Greek yoghurt included. (Try making your own if you want real proof, "yoghurt makers" are readily available).
