If you do not play Video Games obsessively and do not sit overly near the screen then you are fine. The physical symptoms are that it can hurt your eyes when playing video games. Many scientists have tried to link video games with violence but they have drawn up the wrong conclusions. They believe violent video games leads to a violent way of life but that has not been solely tested and therefore the results are inconclusive
If your not playing video games 10 hours a day or something its not bad. If you do and don't eat healthy at least you will be FAT, and have bad eyes. If you don't play to much they are good for you because you get better hand eye coordination. Also they can make you very HAPPY!!
