Nowadays women usually are treated fairly. It's just when men were only allowed on the throne (except for Queen E and Mary) women were considered too weak to work so they would have to stay at home doing chores all day every day whilst men would go to work. Men were only allowed to reign because when a war was announced, all men thought women were too weak to handle it and would be too scared to die but Queen Elizabeth proved them wrong!!!!!!Nowadays women usually are treated fairly. ∙ 10y agoFor most of human history women have been regarded as chattel (possessions) and treated as less than men. This is inspite of the fact that women are felt to be the creators of many of the social aspects of civilization (language, society, agriculture etc.) The historical relation with women persists to the present day resulting in the inequality of treatment.
