Dieting matters, if you still gain weight while working out regularly. Calculate the amt of carbs, proteins and fats that you are consuming everyday. Based on the output reduce carbs and fat intake and increase protein level. In other terms, low carbs and high proteins. Also, your training plan should include aerobics atleast 3 days in a week

Because gaining weight isn't about what you eat, it's about how much you eat. You can eat salad and still gain weight, or you can eat only a spoonful of pure fat every day and lose weight. Many overweight people also think the food they're eating is "healthy", when in reality healthy food is quite rare in America.

if you're trying to loose weight, the best way to do it is to eat little amounts of food and do it often. never skip meals, because that slows down your metabolism and causes it to save up energy because it doesn't know when your next meal will be. this causes you to gain weight.
