you might have appendicitis if it hurts really bad espicially when you walk its probably appendicitis you have to go to the hospital i had appendicitis and i knew because it hurt really bad and i couldn't stand straight you must go to the hospital and get a catscan you don't want your appendix to rupture

∙ 14y agoPain in the right side of the stomach can be many things, could be muscular, could be gas, could be appendix. If it's a sharp pain in the lower right side of your stomach, you should probably call your doctor or head to the hospital.

∙ 11y agoThis happens to me when I run or walk for a bit. It's normal. I found that breathing heavier will help. Or maybe it means you have appendicitis. If your bottom right part in the stomach hurts and you have a fever, go to your doctor and get checked out, or go to the hospital.
