I don't really see how religion plays into PC or server installation. I am going to go out on a limb and assume that someone was making a joke and meant that it is very hard to install a server or PC and will make you want to swear a lot. Other than that, the question makes absolutely no sense.

No, only those packages that are necessary for a minimal server. Any "extras" must be installed by the administrator of the system.
