Science can only answer questions that are testable. Science has nature in it , matters , liquids and solids .... Other subjects like math or ela its not exactly like science. Let me tell you why..

In math there is centimeters or inch...there is also rulers... We do use those tools in since

in ela when you read a book it might be about science. Science uses books a lot.

Thnx

Science can't answer some questions because science can only answer questions that can be proved, and some questions cannot be proved. A question like "Does God exist?" cannot be answered by science because it has not been proven that He exists yet. Science is all about answering questions that can be proved and known for a fact.

There are several aspects to this answer that address the question.

First, Science strives to answer questions with more certainty than is found in explanations that come from other fields. The testing and retesting and verification procedures that are built into the scientific method are there so that when scientists share results they are expected to have gone through these procedures and are sharing valid new information, as opposed to just releasing any new ideas which may or may not be true. When the scientific community releases new information, it is after a lot of verification has been done and should be considered with that in mind.

However, scientists also recognize that they do not know everyone, and that they do not have all the answers. As i said, they are trying to explain the world, and they find key relationships that are supported with evidence, but this does not mean that in the future, we may find a better cause. For example: Isaac newton developed formulas about gravity based on his observations that show the effect of gravity between large bodies across space. However, his formulas and observations break down when we consider different and more extreme gravitational fields and high speed particles. Thus, Newton's views on Gravity got modified, and now we have the Theory of Relativity. The fact is that while both make great predictions and observations about the effects of gravity, neither one actually explains what causes gravity, and scientists have to be aware that when their knowledge base expands, so will their understanding. So for now, we accept a degree of uncertainty in our explanations, giving us room to look for greater answers in our research...

questions which answers can be proven true. Actually, no, they are questions which can be proven false. If your hypothesis is "Jimmy eats cereal every day for breakfast", observing him eat cereal for 200 days tends to support the hypothesis but does not prove it, because he might eat toast on the 201st day and disprove it.

Scientific hypotheses are propositions which can be repeatedly tested by experiment.

Science can only answer questions with the information available at the time. Science can answer some questions but not all because not all information is available all the time.
