There are a number of reasons why one can't hold pee. This may be as a result of infection of the urinary tract or the bladder which affects the pelvic muscles making it hard to hold urine for long.

1. cross legs
2. fan legs
3. grab it
4. tell a guy they have to pee (guys say hold it for me)
5. sit on something to relieve pressure (heel)
6. sit down and lean forward
7. girls have strong muscles because they use them to help do IT and have babies
8. if a girl is convinced the only bathroom is disgusting a "panic" reflex will happen in her south muscles
9. completion's sake also triggers "panic" reflex
Your bladder can hold up to 2 cups of urine for about 5 hours. But since urine contains waste products, don't hold it for long if you can help it, because holding it could promote urinary tract infections (UTI).
