Ok now iif you cant sleep you can count sheep and if that dosent work then count back from 100 then if that dont work then you mite need to ask your docter to see if you have isome
You should sleep seven to eight hours to be ready for a good days work and not be tired.
well you might need to talk to someone,try to count sheep,or you might just go to the doc if you cant sleep. if this doesn't work then I really do not know what is worng with you and you cant sleep.
