Bellatrix and Sirius are cousins, their family were obsessed with pure blood families and Sirius did not agree with this. He was sorted into Gryffindor and was he first in the Black family to ever be in a house that wasn't Slytherin. In his families eyes he has disrecepted them. He was blasted of the family tree for running away. So Bellatrix hated him and loved to see him die but in the books she didn't actually kill him and probably didn't mean to kill him when she did, no doubt she would have rather tortured him a little first.

Sirius wasn't killed by the killing curse he was killed when a curse hit him that made him fall backwards, had he been standing in a different place he wouldn't have fallen through the arch and no doubt would have been fine.

Only in the film is this changed so that he is hit by the killing curse and the film should never be taken as canon.

Sirius and Bellatrix were on different sides, had Sirius gotten the chance he might have killed Bellatrix.

Bellatrix Lestrange really hated muggle-borns and blood traitors. The Weasley's are the biggest blood traitors and as a result, Bellatrix hated the entire family. Her plan probably wasn't specifically to kill Ginny Weasley - but she was battling her and saw an opportunity to send a killing curse her way.

Because Bellatrix aimed a Killing Curse at Ginny (Molly's daughter) that missed her by an inch. Molly began wand-dueling with Bellatrix and won.

Things like that do happen in battle, you know.

She was a Death Eater, and they were on the opposing side. Also, she did not like her cousins as they were blood traitors.

Bellatrix hates Sirius because he ran away and is a "blood traitor" ,Since he doesn't hate non-pure-bloods. Both Andromeda and Sirius were burned off the Black family tree tapestry at their ancestral home at 12 Grimmauld Place. Bellatrix ends up killing her Niece Nymphadora Tonks and cousin Sirius Black.
