If you guys think that he tripped and fell that is a lie.
The truth is that at the beginning of one of his concerts, him and his dancers were acting like they were fighting and Justin tried to jump and kick at the same time and fell.Now that's how he broke his leg.

he fell on stage. and he was so awesome that he finished the song (he broke it at the begining of one time)
