Its shown neg on several drug tests for me as well, I think its because the tests are designed to detect natural opiates such as heroin. Oxy is a synthetic opiate.
Oxycontin does not show up as a synthetic herion....its not a synthetic herion..it is a opiate...it depends on what lab they send your test to,there are labs with panels that break down every drug in your system and shows up the drugs name but those toxicology labs are cost alot more money then justa basic drug ua. Like the basic ua will just say opiate if its in the opiate family and THC for pot ETC.
Like the state Forensic laboratory breaks down everything to where it says the name of whatever drug is in your system.
The more weight you weigh drugs stay in your body longer,cause they are stored in your fat cells, if you are real skinny and have no fat on your body then drugs do not stay in your body as long.

Oxycontin actually breaks down into codeine i believe in the body naturally while heroin breaks down into morphine analogs in your body and most NIDA5 drug panel tests only test for the morphine analogs in your body. Dont take that verbatim but i know its pretty got dang close
