They had a very troubled marriage. He cheated on her a lot and was drunk or on drugs for almost their entire time together. He wasn't a very good husband in general.

∙ 13y agoThere are several reasons The Beatles broke up, as well as many different theories as to why they broke up. The most logical reason is the differences in their lives and their growing apart, but many believe that it was because of Yoko Ono, John's wife.
