No official reason has been given other than that Bob decided to leave himself. He is still friends with the other guys in the band and has been recently spotted working as a sound technician at Warped Tour. Fans think that Bob became tired with being in the public eye and decided to go back to Behind the Scenes like he was before he joined the band.

∙ 13y agoThe public has not been informed as to whether Bob Bryar quit My Chemical Romance, or if he was kicked out. Gerard Way spoke about how Bob was hindering the creative process of the band, so it was probably a mutual split because Bob apparently has a solo-project.
