Cromwell objected to Charles I in many different ways. On one hand, he was against the taxation of subjects which meant that property was not safe, and on the other hand, he believed in religious freedom and toleration. Cromwell didn't like the way he treated parliament and wanted to overthrough him. He was very religious and didn't like the way Charles was cahnging the church. He thought because of Charles wife was Catholic she would try and turn England and Scotland Catholic.
Charles I was executed because to the people of England he was a traitor. His wife was French and did not understand why he needed the Parliament to help rule for him, so for 11 years of his rule he did not call Parliament at all. He also raised taxes, and called for a very unpopular war that did not go well for England that resulted in 3 Civil Wars led by Cromwell. However, after the civil war, he was named a martyr and the people put the dead bodies of Cromwell and the Parliamentary leaders on populated places for all to see.
Depends on what king. For example, if it was King James the I, then because the king committed treason against parliament. Which led to the Civil War in England and the English Revolution, because of religious differences.
This is because King Charles 1 deceived many people but then attacked again. Oliver Cromwell didn't want to let this happen again. also the King lost 2 wars and Cromwell thought that it must of been Gods will for that to happen and that God was angry with Cromwell. no one can deny Gods will as religion and God was very serious and a lot of most people had strong beliefs.
The problems between Charles and Parliament were about Religion. Parliament was controlled by calvinists who sought to take over the ancient Church from traditional Anglicanism to Calvinism. Charles opposed this believing it was a matter of sticking to his coronation oath.It was for this reason Parliament , ignored Charles's acceptance of their demands in 1639/ 40 and immediately started to attack the Church.
They succeeded in their aims and though Charles struggled whilst in Captivity he was neither wise enough or strong enough to protect the Church. He had one thing in his favour he was still King, he would not sign the legislation. At the 1648 Conference he was told that if he signed, he would be restored, to his position as monarch, his wife and family would be restored him and his palaces and all that belonged to him!
He was warned by Lord Say & Sele that this was his last chance, it was now or never! Charles refused, he believed the Anglican Church was a part of the Body of Christ and it was his duty to defend it against enemies even unto death. On January 30th, 1649 he was executed by the Calvinists . The Church of England was driven underground or abroad to France where Queen Mary supported it with the pension she received from her brother, Louis 14th.

When a king puts himself above the law and the wishes of the people and goes to war against their representatives then something must be done. Rather that risk sending Charles into exile only to have him return with an army, it was probably the only sensible thing to be done.

Its not right to kill a king, as a king he should have an ultimate power in making decisions, it was partly parliaments fault for the wars because they could have not responded to his wish, Killing him was too extreme + he could have been put in prison instead, according to beliefs he was chosen to be king by God. oilver cromwell framed Charles the 1 st
