It's all in God's plan. The shepherds came to see Jesus when he was born. Jesus later taught "I am the good shepherd and I watch over my flock" - Jesus takes care of us and comes if we get lost (if we sin) and brings us back into his fold where we are safe (from satan).

∙ 13y agoThe possibility is that Jesus said he was a shepherd, who knows his sheep, and they know me. And in those days it was considered a the lowest job, to be a shepherd. But these people came and not kings Herod to see the baby Jesus.
