Why didn't Billy Black warn Jacob Black that the Cullen's were dangerous does when Jacob didn't believe the stories and does he have a secret?

if you are talking about billy black then yes. he keeps the secret that the Cullens are vampires because that is part of the treaty. and also he doesn't tell Jacob because
1. he would not believe it
2. he would also have to explain about the whole werewolf/shape-shifter situation and he cant do that as usually there is only 3 werewolf/shape-shifters at a time and Jacob may never had turned into one
