It is not actually that the abuser hates women it is psychological , their childhood could have cause this damage and mental breakdown.They may have been abused by a women when they were young either their own relative-another adult or person their own age.
There are also abusers that are women and children.

2. women can abuse their husbands or children or even senior citizens.
3.I have actually seen abusers in children with their own parents e.g. the tv show supernanny.

∙ 9y agoPresumably for the same reason that many men enjoy abusing women... they like to feel powerful or strong, or better than someone else. Some people with low self esteem feel better when they make other people feel bad, because it makes them feel powerful or better in comparison, because they feel more in control of their lives. But it isn't a good coping strategy, either way.
