∙ 14y agoYour cat isn't mooing because you have not sufficiently taught it the cow language. In order to teach your cat the cow language, you must moo at your cat every time you feed it. This works the best when you're feeding your cat its most favorite canned food.
Eventually it will learn the cow language, as will you, and you may have many hours of conversation with your new bilingual companion.
