Guinea Pigs do not store food in their cheeks. It is hamsters who do that. They store the food instinctively, as in the wild they would roam far from their home, store food in their cheeks and carry it back.

No. When a guinea pigs eats it may swish a little to the side, but they don't have storage pouches inside their cheeks like dwarf hamsters. (I'm a guinea pig expert, not a hamster expert. My friend had a dwarf hamster that I would babysit, so I know dwarf hamsters do.)

I'm pretty sure they do, because mine has had a lump of something in its mouth for about three days now. And it's nothing danggerous cause she is still eating and drinking normally.

Chipmunks stuff their cheeks with food to transport the nuts they harvest. First they bite of the sharp edges of the nuts.
