Why do women show breasts?

Assuming you're a boy, you probably don't need to know, but it is mainly so that people can't see through their shirts to their chest, to stop their breasts from jiggling, so the nipple doesn't show through the shirt, and sometimes to make themselves feel better, or more confident by looking good around guys.

Because when Man first came to be, they walked around on all fours. So when they saw females, the men would see the women's bottoms, which would be big and round. The males would get aroused and would then mate with the females. Humans evolved that way to ensure procreation, survival of the species. With more evolution came walking upright. The females no longer had the big, round shape to be appealing to males. So again, they evolved and with that, breasts developed because males like round things. It was always about procreation. It all might sound kind of silly and simple, but that's really how it is.

Most young men and women do not know what nature has done to them.

Men look for breasts to see i women are off child bearing and rearing age.

If the breasts are two small or two old then the woman is not a candidate for child bearing. Guys don't know this - they just think the woman looks hot.

In turn, nature has told women that they must display to men that they are of proper age and health to bear children. SO some display is necessary.

Most young people had not idea that nature has determined their destiny.

Since female breasts look different from male breasts, they are a feature that heterosexual males can use in finding a suitable mate. In evolutionary terms, this becomes part of sexual attraction. We have instincts that are (in effect) designed to improve our reproductive success.

Women grow breasts to nurse infants. We didn't always have formula and bottles. They need to grow larger than a mans in order to produce and store enough milk for the next feeding.
