Being a girl, I can answer this. It may be one the following:
- She doesn't really care for what your posting
- She likes you and feels awkward liking your posts
- She feels awkward about being friends with a guy
- She feels like she goes overboard with liking things
I personally, don't like a certain guy's posts because they are either uninteresting, or I don't like it because I feel awkward because I like him.
The same thing goes for comments. :)
