this happens to me all the time ,sometimes when you eat greasy, dairy or food that have a lot of sugar it could upset your stomach when this happens try laying down on a flat surface and stretch out you stomach it might hurt for about 10 seconds but it will help and you'll be a lot better or if it doesn't work try taking pain relief medication. When you get a tummy ache don't take pain relief medication as the first thing without trying something else because it could give a really bad case of diarrhea which can cause even more pains in the stomach.
