Why do my turn-signals and brake-lights work w lights off but when lights are on the turn-signals don't work right and nothing works when I hit the brakes?

You have a short, you also may have to check your bulbs i found on one of my blinkers the bulb was faulty, i replaced it and everything was all fine again.

Why do brakelights go off on when the head lights are switched on?
Brake lights should NOT be effected by the headlights. Brake light function is completely independent of the headlights. Assuming you are not refering to the tail lights, or marker lights, which are supposed to come when the head lights are turned on. Not having brake lights when the head lights are on is a big safety problem and should be corrected.

Please let me know, Ben (Benny the BomB) ________________________________________________________________ on some cars the antilock brakes throw a code so all you haft to do is clear the code.As for the parking brake it may need to be adjusted so just pull on it a couple times. it is self adjusting ou shouldent haft to adjust it were it splits unde the car or something els is seriosly wrong.

The lights on the trunk are only back-up lights and nothing else.
Why would the tail lights work on a 1990 Camry but the brakes lights will not even after you replaced the bulbs and the fuse to the brakes?
Check the switch at the brake pedal .
