Obese people dont eat so much .. well u cant say that if people are fat they eat alot i know many thin people who eat alot too it just depends on ur appetite!
They also eat a lot coz they need so much energy to carry around so much weight 24/7

Sometime it's the case of not actually being able to lose weight. If someone is too big for their size to actually do exercise (they are incapable of moving therefore incapable of losing weight. also, sometimes they can't go under surgery because there might be some difficulties and if someone is incapable of moving and can't get surgery because of the chances of them dying then the likely hood is there is no way of them losing weight other than eating healthier/ less. Not only does it want the balance to be returned, it insists on a bit more weight be added in case of future starvation. Our brain is trying to protect us, and when we lived in caves, it did just that.
