Why do people cuss so much?

Honestly it depends on who's saying it. Many people use profanity to emphasize their point, express their dissatisfaction, or as a verbal explanation point. Some people don't consider it a big deal, others are easily offended by it. This might be too broad of a question to come up with a great answer.

Because they are self concious and all they want to do is fit into the "clique."

They just want to be noticed, and thinks it makes them look extremely cool, when all it does is dissapoint God, and hey, next thing they'll be doing is taking a drag.

People cuss for fun for lots of reasons. One is because they think its funny. Another is because they think it makes them cool and tough so no one will mess with them. (But they are not really cool)

People cuss to seem cool in front of their friends and other people. The cusser wants to be like an adult and feel like they are mature and the best out of every one! The best way to solve this problem is to either ignore which is really hard, or if he/she continues, to react back but without cussing them, just to say things like " shutup, be quiet, GROW UP" and etc. doing so the cusser will feel minor and hopefully stop.

people also cuss because they had a bad life and takes it out on others instead off trying to sort it out another way also they act hard like this guy said in front of there friends and also like this guy said don't attack back and if it continues it's simple report the case that your being insulted by people and if they attack physically by all means attack in self defence when the police comes cooperate with them nicely and tell them every think that happened if they say there putting cuffs on you don't fight out off it. just because they put cuffs on you don't mean you are going to be nicked they are most likely to ask questions then take it to court and be honest like the saying honesty is the best policy
