Pakistan does not require free education, fair wage, part-time job or good and quick job.

In my opinion, there is also politics, political people and their affairs (fightings) with people, which cause problems for the public.

Or for enhanced liberty, improved economic opportunity, etc.

there are many reasons for people migrating from Pakistan. firstly they are in the search of better job opportunities and a higher standard of living. secondly the political situation in Pakistan is very insecure and therefore people choose to migrate to countries which are politically stable. thirdly there is freedom to follow ones own will for example no cultural restrictions especially for career oriented women.

As opposed to, say, Mississippi or Ireland? Most people live rather close to where they were born. Now a better question would be "Why is there such a place as Pakistan?" Pakistan is essentially a made-up country consisting of those parts of India that had a lot of Muslims. The British felt that there would be less friction between Muslims and Hindus if the former had their own country. The theory has not worked out as well as was hoped. For one thing, there are a lot of Muslims still in India (staying close to where they were born) and for another, now there's a border where both nations can station troops.

The name "Pakistan" comes from (P)unjab, (A)ssam, (K)ashmir, (S)indh and Baluchis(TAN), the several regions of India with majority Muslim populations.

The country of Bangladesh was once "East Pakistan" but the people there didn't want to be part of Pakistan (then known as West Pakistan).

Because it feels like a long lost child has returned to warm embrace of his Mother. Pakistani diaspora leaves Pakistan in a hope to earn money and respect. Usually they get a 2nd or even 3rd class citizen status, live very hard and honest lives, yet they don't get the respect of the foreign society. They may earn and save some money but they (usually) don't have friends and family with them to share the joys of their earning.

Being Muslims, the Pakistanies (usually) don't feel comfortable with the ways of foreign cultures, like too much freedom for the teens, non-respect for elders & teachers and especially the isolation of children from parents.

Life in foreign cultures feel like living in a shop, where media, businesses, government etc, always appear to be coining new ways to get more money out of your pocket - all the time.

So, with many similar factors at work, Pakistanies always have a desire to move back to Pakistan and they do so when ever they think the odds are in favour. Unfortunately (usually) they return as mis-fits with some cash in their pocket and try to re-run their lives here. Some succeed, some fail.
