It shouldn't be. Men have emotions too, and should never be embarrassed to cry, nor should they feel they shouldn't cry. Not crying doesn't make a man more macho or stronger - it only makes him sadder. It is a proven, medical, and scientific fact that crying releases a certain chemical in the body which improves our mood and emotions and helps reduce stress. So crying can actually be beneficial in several ways for both men and women.
