i personally think Jane hates Bella because Jane can't hurt Bella. She can't hurt Bella because of Bella's vampire power (imunity to other powers) and because Jane never in her vampire life ever ran into someone that she couldn't hurt and probably Jane is mad because she can't hurt Bella although Bella was technically a newborn.
