Watching Wrestling is just like watching any other movie or television show, for example you know Brad Pitt doesn't go around scalping people and neither do blue aliens exist in "Pandora". It's just entertainment, wrestlers in real life never claim what they are doing is real.

The reason they call it sports entertainment is because it has the drama aspects of movies, or soaps, or sitcoms or any other show with the added thrill of the athletic ability the wrestlers have.

Oh, and by the way for all the people who think wrestlers don't hurt just because their moves are choreographed ask you friend to slap you, you know it's gonna happen but it still hurt didn't it ?

it was not staged during some period in the 90's . the main idea why pro- wrestling was staged is because to make it safe and to make the outcome with less injuries .... but when the highly experienced wrestlers go 1 on 1 much planning is not involved... some countries in ASIA have experienced non - staged pro wrestling .

its mostly staged unless they start bleeding.

Just very yung people. they are really athletes and much of what they do is difficult but the theatrics and even winners are pre staged

You can't fake how they land but it is all staged an planned before. the storylines are fake the actual wrestling is not

Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), just like all professional wrestling companies, is staged.CZW is known for their ultraviolence (matches with heavy emphasis on violence and weapons). The blood and weapons are real. The movie "The Wrestler" has a scene where Mickey Rourke is fighting with CZW wrestlers.

Professional Wrestling is considered Fake by many. It is a storytelling show where wrestlers fight one another as part of a storyline. They beat up one another for real but all the results are fixed and staged as practiced.it is fake

Wrestling Can Be Fake and Real , TNA Wrestling is 50 Percent real and 50 Percent Fake , As For The WWE They Are Like 65 Percent Fake and 45 Percent real , ECW Was all Real In The Ring but Was Staged , Wrestling is both Fake and Real.

Yes, the playoffs are staged, just like wrestling. Every play is staged by bookers. That's why every game ends in dramatic fashion... Oh wait, no it doesn't. Stop trolling please.

Uncle Drew is part staged. They told the people in the crowd about this commercial and handed all of them a Pepsi Max, so this part was staged. The part with Uncle Drew, however, was not staged in any way.

1. Wrestling is all staged. it's fake. I know, you're shocked. 2. The matches are all recorded; two matches may be recorded months apart, but broadcast one after another. 3. For all that wrestling is staged and fake, the wrestlers ARE professional athletes and are in tremendous physical condition. They heal quickly. And since they are actors, if they actually are injured, they can re-write the script for the next bout to minimize and de-emphasize their injuries.

Wrestling is not faked, but not real. It's real but pre-determined. It's hard to tell when it's staged and when it's not. However, high school wrestling and cage fighting is totally real. The storylines are scripted, the wrestling moves are real and painful anyone saying the wrestling moves do not hurt or they are not actually hitting each other has never been in the ring.

most people say it is but some people say it is not

Wrestling is staged. Meaning that it's pre-determined but a lot of the things you see are real (i.e. Mick Foley getting thrown of the Cell, he really did go though a table and it really did hurt but it was planned beforehand.)

no survivor is not staged

TNA stands Total Nonstop Action, and has gained popularity because of the dramatic, action packed nature of the programming. The fights in TNA wrestling are staged fights, with predetermined winners and choreographed moves. Today, TNA wrestling reaches over 1 million viewers in the United States.

No, the NFL is not staged. If it were staged or rigged, then every team would have won a championship by now. That has not happened.

The people staged a rebellion because they were tired of the government.

Storage Wars is staged, yes. It's scripted and the lockers are stuffed with goodies. It's a shame, really, but the only way to get people to watch it, I suppose.

Of course the Uncle Drew commercials are staged. The Pepsi Company created the Uncle Drew commercials to sell more of their products and get people to laugh.

If you mean WWE, TNA, ROH, etc, then yes, it's is scripted. It's not fake though, there is a difference (only ignorant people call it fake). The wrestlers do 100 percent of their own stunts unlike most actors, and they risk injury every time they get in the ring. If you mean highschool, Olympic, NCAA/college wrestling, than no, that is a legit sport

Yes it's staged. Most of them are actors.

The Uncle Drew commercials have gained popularity recently as viral videos. In the beginning, many people believed that they were real, however, it was revealed that the videos were staged.

Yes if it has to be sold then staged.

Paul Bearer was not the father of professional wrestler Kane. It was only a staged gimmick that WWE used for entertainment purposes
