First, it should be noted that whenever a country is polarized, people from the party that is out of power are often very angry at the president, no matter what he does. When President Bush was in power, his opponents often accused him of doing a terrible job, and partisans said he ought to be impeached. These days, you hear Republicans (especially those who have Talk Shows) make similar accusations against Barack Obama This is very typical of political rhetoric, but that does not make it factual.
The people who think Mr. Obama is guilty of treason usually do not have logical reasons for their views. They may be "Birthers" (people who believe he was not born here and is not a legal president), or they may believe the president is a secret Muslim or Communist who does not have true loyalty to America (thought there is absolutely no evidence to support this view). There are certainly some legitimate reasons to disagree with President Obama's policies, and many Republicans have made their case for why they don't like certain aspects of how he has carried out his presidency. But the vast majority of his opponents understand that policy disputes are not the same as being guilty of treason.
Actually, he is not. But that has not stopped his political opponents from saying that he is.
No, he should not. While it is customary for partisans and political opponents to claim the president deserves to be impeached, the constitution is very clear about the criteria for impeachment. The president must be guilty of "high crimes and misdemeanors"-- which generally refers to such things as treason or betraying his country. You may not like President Obama, and you may not agree with his policies, but there is no credible evidence that he has committed treason, nor that he has betrayed his country.
Obama should be president because he was elected by the people to do so. He has accomplished much in his 3 years as president, and he has so far fulfilled his office with fidelity.
Barack Obama is the president of the United States. He should be very proud of his accomplishment.
No, it is very unlikely that President Obama will be impeached, given that he has not committed high crimes and misdemeanors, nor been guilty of treason. Not liking a president is not reason enough to have him impeached or every U.S. president would have faced impeachment due to the people who opposed them. There is thus a very high bar for impeaching a president, and it cannot just be because some people dislike him.
Very unlikely, no other president has had a third term in the US. BUT, it depends if people are going to be satisfied with what Obama may do next, people should be happy... -Freddy
GO OBAMA!!!!! HE RULES AND YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR HIM FOR PRESIDENT!!! GO OBAMA!!!!! HE RULES AND YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR HIM FOR PRESIDENT!!!
Obama
Because the people voted him into office.
President Obama is Pro Choice, meaning he believes the government should stay out of people's bedrooms, and that personal decisions such as this one should be made by the woman.
In light of the fact that obama has not upheld the constitution, and has committed treason himself, perhaps the agents who protect him question if they should protect him. Only the conscious of those agents knows the answer to this question.
obama
An example of Treason would be if Obama would sell weapons to Afghanistan.
