There will be traces or cheeses made with animal by product. There is vegan cheese available.
True vegetarians eat none at all. Some avoid red meat only, but are not vegetarians in the strict sense of the term.
Some do. Vegans do not. "Nachos" contain cheese, a dairy product.
Yes, eating cheese is not eating meat. It might have rennet (a coagulant) in it, which can be derived from either animal (most common) or vegetable sources. So, depending on how strictly vegetarian you are, you may or may not want to eat ricotta. You can try going on the company's website to see if if specifies the coagulant's source. By law, all vegetarian products in the UK must be symbolised with a green V on the packaging so they can easily be spotted by vegetarians.

It depends what's in the quiche. Vegetarians who eat eggs will eat quiche as long as it contains no meat and any cheese included is vegetarian. However, quiche is made using eggs, and some vegetarians do not eat eggs. Most vegetarians who eat eggs only eat free range.
Well, milk is a dairy product such as cheese, just because it comes from an animal doesn't mean that it has any animal content in it, so it's okay for vegetarians to have milk, cheese and yogurt. However some strict vegetarians i.e vegans would avoid dairy products because male calves produced in the dairy industry are an unwanted product of the dairy farming system and are more often than not killled shortly after birth.
Cheese contains milk fat. Some types of cheese have more fat than others.
That depends what species of lizard it is ! Some eat insects - others are vegetarians.
Lacto vegetarians eat dairy products. I have seen some lacto vegetarians binge on ice cream! (not recommended)
What else... other than what? - Two things they avoid is (1) working on Saturdays, and (2) eating meat. At least, I understand that many Adventists are vegetarians.
