Most individuals become thirsty after exercise because the body loses water through it's pores as sweat. However, besides drinking water, the body should be replenished with a healthy form of electrolytes to keep body functions running properly.

because we have used all the energy in doing exercise so to regain energy we feel hungry and as you know that food we eat is breakdown into energy by the cells .
the reason why you feel hungry is because you just excersized and lost callories.

Just keep eating all the time...... Don't keep urself hungry, eat up wenever u feel hungry........... N also indulge urself in Gym exercise's......I gained 2.5kg's in just a month by following it.......:-) Happy Growing....;-)
You could be hungry But sometimes people feel hungry is because they took it AFTER they ate something. or it could be something that you ate in that day you took the Aderall.

They get hungry after having sex because of all the calories they burn. Just like if you exercise you get hungry too because of all the calories burned.
