You get headaches for two reasons. 1) you could have a head disease, headacheimbrobis, (scientific name: headlongoudioxide aches), or 2) you could be a victim of achtraheading, which is when you travel to much or you move from location to location constantly.

To resist headaches for 1) go to a doctor and have your head scanned or x-rayed for disfunctional forehead muscles.

To resist headaches for 2) stop traveling or moving too much, or stay in one place for a long time before moving again.

There are over 100 different headache disorders, and their causes are all different. Many are genetic. Everyone has the capacity to get a headache - - if you hit them hard enough a headache will result. See your physician or headache specialist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment of Migraine and headache disorders.
