Generally I change platinum plugs at 100K and regular plugs at 50K.

16 Plugs, each coil 2 plugs
There is no "plug wires" they are on top of engine not on side not fun to change the back ones
Change the plugs at 100,000 miles or earlier if the engine is not performing as it should.
