Eating five fruits a day is healthy for you and every one else. technechly you don't need to eat so many fruits a day, but you certenlly do not need to eat more then that. fruits are a scource of sugar that add a lot of callories. so if you're trying to lose whaight, do not eat to much fruit. anyway, are bodies need a scource of natural sugar a couple times a day.
