Because you picked the wrong boy to be with. If that boy trully loved you,he wouldn't treat you like that. He probrally was just using you and didn't love you.Some boys dont care about girls feelings, just their own.And they don't care if you love them or not they can treat you terrible. I don't think we intend to hurt the ones we love. We are human and make mistakes and sometimes the ones we love may get hurt by those mistakes. If they didn't love us they wouldn't get hurt because our actions would not effect them emotionally.

∙ 8y agoWe can only be hurt by someone we care about; if we didn't care, that person could never hurt us. So it is logical that loved ones can hurt us the most and that we can hurt our loved ones the most. A child doesn't care what some other child's mom, dad, siblings do, but care what their own family does. Likewise, adults don't care about what someone else's boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife do, but it's different if we're in a relationship with a person. So, yes, it can always be true that loved ones are always the ones hurt-- because they love and care. But it's a two-way street: both sides feel hurt, because both people love each other (even if you're angry at the person).
