sometimes things just happen that way. why don't you talk to her and say 'i love you a lot and i love being with you, listening to you, talking to you...basically everything about you! but, sometimes i get the feeling that you don't love me like that. is there something bothering you? any habits you don't like about me?' just be honest and explain how you feel. if she says flat out 'i just don't love you in that way' ask her why and whatever she says take it and bear with it. you can't change the way people feel about you. who knows? she may say the exact opposite, maybe she just needed to understand that you really love her. maybe she was holding back because she thought you didnt lover HER in the way that she loves you.
