It certainly does. But not in English. A person's pee will often tell you some clues about your health condition. You just need to understand what it is saying. For instance, yellowish and hot pee means your body is too heaty and you would have to eat more cooling foods like bananas and cucumbers. And if your pee is colorless, your body is too cool and you can eat more fried stuff. Also, if you have not much pee, your kidneys maybe in trouble or you do not have enough water. Pee with sugar means diabetes... And etc etc.
