Why do you want to try for another job?
A person may start looking for another job for many reasons. Better pay and better hours are reasons people may look for another job.

You should never leave your job just because of a man. Just try to ignore him. When you are about to walk by him just slip into another room. When he tries to talk to you just try to end up on a different subject. I think you should never leave your job especially if it a good money job. Especially, if you have kids.

If you go to another state to try and get a job but you are collecting unemployment from another state can you continue with the same state just in-case you don't get a job at the new state?
If you like the job and you think that you might want to do it for the rest of your life. If you like the job, but you don't get payed as much as you like start looking for a new job or you can take the job and if you do a good job you might get a raise. Just do what you think is right and try to think things through.
That I should have kept looking for another job, instead of settling for "what was easy to get". :) But as with any job, you gain more experience, social skills, ect. Just remember, don't settle for anything less. Try to find something you enjoy in your current job or find another one. That's my two sense!

If you have good management in the company you work for and you can prove the bully is targeting you then see the manager as that is part of his or her job.
