Why does this website never give any answers?
This is a Wiki-type site, meaning that the answers (and the questions) are provided by the readers. There are tens of thousands of questions, and it would be impossible for the staff to answer all of them. The staff contribute by doing tasks such as organizing and editing, while the individual questions are answered by readers who may have specialized knowledge.
