First of all we will have to know that what is a flame made up of,a flame is made at a point where fuel and oxygen combine,so in case of both candle and coal there is a fuel ie.wax in candle and coal is itself a fuel.................but if we just think till this much then even coal should produce flame but it doesn't go like this ,actually we are missing something ie. hydrogen(the main component in every flame producing substance).........if hydrogen is not there flame will not be produced .So wax has hydrogen atoms whereas coal doesn't because coal has been burnt before and hydrogen has been used.................that is why hydrogen containing waxy candle produces flames whereas already burnt coal just gives heat not flames.
Hope this helps.

Salts containing potassium.
Many different chemicals burn and produce flames, but different chemicals have different chemical properties, and produce different amounts of energy when they burn. Those which produce more energy, will also produce hotter flames.
luminous flames have a bluish to violet color and it means that the system is given enough oxygen for the reaction. Luminous flames will not produce soot. non luminous flames are orange, red, and yellow much like your everyday campfire but this system is not given enough oxygen therefore produce soot.
It is a chemical change because inside the stove the Kerosene gets burnt and produces flames and energy in the form of heat and light. We cannot get back Kerosene again from the products of is combustion. Hence, we call the combustion of Kerosene as a Chemical Change.

When the inverted beaker is placed over the candle, It cuts off the oxygen supply. All flames need oxygen to continue burning.
A candle has thermal energy because of it flames, the flames have heat and thermal energy is heat.
Old Flames Can't Hold a Candle to You was created in 1980-07.
It usually symbolizes two becoming one. The ceremony starts with the two outside candles burning and the middle one not lit. During the ceremony, the bride and groom each take a lit candle and combine their flames into one on the center candle. After the center candle is lit, they extinguish the flames on their individual candles.
The most effective way to extinguish the flame of a candle is to use a candle snuffer.People returned to churches all over the land and kindled flames of revival that are still burning todayThe candle's flame was flickering in the soft breeze
The small candle has more power as the wax isn't a huge width, so it gets overheated and the flames get extra hot. With the big candle the flames can have more space and cool quicker than a little candle.

flames
It will go out, since the flames will have no oxygen to feed on.
The burning match stick produces a sound because of the heat its flames are producing. The snuffing of the fire produces a tiny bit of steam, which make the hissing sound.
