I would start by checking the door switches. Based on my experiences, I would start at the sliding cargo door. The switch is somewhat exposed and takes a lot of abuse during loading and unloading.
Another thing to try, open the side cargo door and look where the door would latch on the door jamb. Look just below where it latches and you will see two silver colored metal circles about the size of a dime. Use steel wool or medium to fine sandpaper and shine the two metal circles (They can get corroded). Someone I know did this and it worked for them.

There is a dashboard illumination switch that controls the brightness. If it is pushed up fully, the interior lights will stay on. Lower the switch slightly until the interior lights go off. When doors are closed, if the switch is lowered, the lights should go off after about 30 seconds max, maybe less. Hope this Helps, it did on mine.
