sprocket worn out, chain brake on....does chain turn free by hand?

The chain is referred to a 3/8" extended pitch. In Oregon it is a 91, in Stihl it is a 63.
The 034 takes either a .325" or 3/8" pitch chain. My guess would be 3/8 .050 go to chainsdirect on eBay chose the chain for youre bar size.
