Dodges were famous for this. Check to make sure that you dont have any shorts in the system.
on my 2004 tracker this was caused by a bad relay on the right side inner fender under the hood
You evidently have something shorted to ground. You did not specify as to which fuse you are blowing. Consequently, iI am unable to help you.
The air conditioning system and the fan are two different parts on the car. check the fuses first, then the fan motor unit which is under the dashboard on the passenger side. Wires leading to the fan unit could have come discontented or shorted.
First check that the ground and the power for the blower are both good and then scan the computer..............

Hey Pat==If it keeps blowing fuses that could be aproblem. Just one, I wouldn't worry. GoodluckJoe A blown fuse is indicative of an electrical problem. I would bring it to the dealer under warranty and have them check for shorts in the headlight system. It could be as simple as a loose connector.
Problem with the starter. Possibly locked up, or shorted out. Remove and test the starter.

Check to see if the ac compressor is running. If it is not, use a gauge to check the Freon levels, as low Freon is the most common cause of no cold air blowing.
